✓ When using a hotel or restaurant during this period, please provide your membership number to the staff.

✓ Requests may not be processed if your name or membership information does not match the information registered in your account.

✓ A different membership number may have been issued if you have already attempted to sign up for or reset an account using the new email address. In such cases, please provide details in the “Other information you would like to provide regarding this request” field.

✓ The One Harmony Office may contact you using the new email address you provided if additional information is required to complete the procedure.

✓ The email address associated with existing reservations cannot be changed. To check reservation details, please use the email address used at the time of booking together with your reservation number.
