白を基調とした洗い場付きの浴室は、小さなお子様連れのご家族からご年配の方まで、幅広い世代に快適にご利用いただけます。洗面台には大きな鏡と2つのシンクを備え、複数名でのご滞在でもゆとりを感じられる造りとなっています。さらに全室にオットマン付きソファをご用意。ゆったりと寛ぎながら眺める東京スカイツリー®も、心に残る景色になりそうです。

The new Premium Sky Rooms at the Hotel East 21 Tokyo – a locale known for its superb views of Tokyo Skytree – opened on April 3. To mark the occasion, the hotel is offering special breakfast-inclusive bookings until the end of June.
　
Premium Sky Rooms feature refined Biedermeier-style design, drawing inspiration from traditional German and Austrian interiors. Decor combines understated practicality with elegant warmth and refined aesthetics, evoking a sense of hand-crafted artisanship.
　
The white-themed bathroom with washbasin is designed with comfort and convenience in mind for guests of all ages. The vanity area, with twin sinks and a large mirror, provides ample space for multiple guests. All rooms have sofa with an ottoman for premium relaxation with fine views of Tokyo Skytree, making for a genuinely memorable experience.
　
A complimentary breakfast buffet is served at the hotel’s second-floor Harmony brasserie.

◇◆ふわり、春をまとったさつま揚げ／Japanese-style golden-fried fish cakes– a real springtime treat!◆◇

鹿児島を代表する郷土料理「さつま揚げ」。
魚のすり身に豆腐や卵を加えて揚げた、優しい甘みが特徴の一品です。

鹿児島では「つけあげ」とも呼ばれ、島津斉彬公の時代、琉球料理の揚げ物「チキアーギ」が伝わり、独自に発展したといわれています。日々の食卓やおつまみ、おやつとして親しまれ、鹿児島県民のソウルフードとして定着しています。
また、和食文化を未来へつなぐ取り組みとして、農林水産省の「にっぽん伝統食図鑑」にも掲載されています。

『SHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshima』オリジナルブランド「城山ゑびす」のさつま揚げは、ホテル内の自社工場で丁寧に仕上げたこだわりの品。工場長が自ら厳選したエソ、グチ、スケソウダラなどに加え、高級魚ハモのすり身を用いることで旨味を引き立て、ぷりっとした食感に。さらに、厳選した清酒やみりんを使用し、上品で控えめな甘さが広がります。

この春のおすすめは「春爛漫さくら天セット」。
さくらの花と葉を使った「さくら天」をはじめ、「紅はるか」「梅しそ」「チーズ」など、彩り豊かな味わいを詰め合わせました。

春の訪れを感じる贈り物としてもおすすめです。
販売期間は5月6日まで。ホテル内の店舗「薩摩美味玉撰（ぎょくせん）」または、オンラインショップでお求めいただけます。

Japan’s Kagoshima region is renowned for its delicious golden-fried fish cakes – a local soul food made with a unique blend of fish paste, tofu and egg (known locally as “satsuma-age”). Their soft texture and subtle sweetness make them perfect as a savory snack, an appetizer, or an everyday side dish.

The SHIROYAMA HOTEL kagoshima’s Shiroyama Ebisu fish cakes are made in-house using carefully selected fish for a rich flavor and a firm-yet-delicate bite, with sake and traditional rice wine seasoning adding a sophisticated finish.

To celebrate the joys of spring, the hotel’s deli shop is currently offering a Springtime Cherry Blossom Set, with a colorful, mouthwatering assortment of fish cake delights including cherry blossom, sweet potato, plum & shiso (Japanese perilla leaf), and cheese varieties. This sumptuous set is perfect as an elegant gift reflecting all the aesthetic splendor of this wonderful season.

◇◆信濃川を望むティーラウンジで楽しむデザート／Sweet treats by the river◆◇

『ホテルオークラ新潟』のティーラウンジ「ラ・しなの」は、日本一の長さを誇る信濃川と、国の重要文化財・萬代橋を目の前に望む、開放感あふれるロケーション。
やすらぎ堤の桜も美しく彩りを添えています。

5月末までご用意している季節のデザートは、「越後姫とリュバーブのパフェ」。
春から初夏にかけて旬を迎えるリュバーブ（ルバーブ）は、セロリのような見た目ながら、爽やかな酸味が魅力の食材です。
甘酸っぱいリュバーブに、新潟のブランド苺「越後姫」を合わせ、軽やかな味わいに仕上げました。

また、3月よりご提供を開始した「プリン・ア・ラ・モード」は、すでに多くのお客様からご好評をいただいている人気のメニュー。
しっかりとした食感のプリンを主役に、バニラアイスを添え、フルーツの瑞々しさと、香ばしく焼き上げた「シュトロイゼル」を重ねた、どこか懐かしくも上品な一品です。

The La Shinano tea lounge at the Hotel Okura Niigata enjoys a delightfully open, airy ambiance with fine views over the Shinano (Japan’s longest river) and the historic Bandai Bridge (a National Important Cultural Property). Inspired by the season’s beauty, La Shinano is offering its popular Echigo Hime Strawberry and Rhubarb Parfait until the end of May. This indulgent treat pairs the sweetness of premium Niigata strawberries with the refreshing tartness of rhubarb for a light, perfectly balanced finish.

Also on the menu is Pudding à la Mode – a firm favorite. This tempting crème brulee-style dessert comes with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit and a sweet, crumbly Streusel topping, creating a sumptuous touch of nostalgia and elegance.
