• In addition to the above base miles, One Harmony members (Exclusive Plus, Exclusive and Loyal members) will receive bonus miles.

• Reserving multiple rooms in the same member’s name will result in the crediting of mileage for one room.
• Sharing one room with two or more guests results in a mileage credit for one person.
• Payments made by JAL Coupons for J-SMART plan stays are eligible for hotel mileage accumulation.

• You can make requests within 6 months from the check-in date. Please refer to the following:
  (1) Filling out the application form
  (2) By phone or mail to the hotel (one week of processing time is required for this).
  *Please write your name, hotel name, check-in/check-out date, frequent flyer membership name, and frequent flyer membership number.
